Covid Secure Policy

Covid 19 Policy and Refunds

The health and safety of our guests is paramount.  We have completed a Covid Secure risk assessment and put in place measures to avoid the spread of Covid 19 and keep our guests safe.
 

  • The chalet will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to guest’s arrival.

 

  • For the safety of guests some items have been removed from the chalet and guests will need to bring with them clean:

 

  • Bed Linen (King Size Duvet, King Side Bed Sheets, Four Pillow Cases

  • Towels (as required)

  • T-towels

 

The Chalet will be provided with plenty of soap, hand sanitiser and disinfectant.

 

If you or a member of your party develops symptoms prior to your stay or you’ve been contacted by the track and trace and told to self-isolate, you must follow the latest NHS guidance.  

Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your stay.  Should you decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

During Your Stay

 

  • Please observe social distancing and follow the government’s current guidance

  • We ask that all guests wash their hands thoroughly every time they enter the chalet.

  • All guests must check in with Dunster Beach Holidays reception and fill in a track and trace form on arrival. 

  • If any member of your party develops symptoms during your stay or within 14 days of your departure you must notify us immediately.

Guest details (name, phone number, date of stay) will be held by Dunster Beach Holidays for 21 days and will be required to pass on contact details to NHS Track and Trace if requested.
